The property is about a 15-minute boat ride from the neighbouring Gili Trawangan Island. Padang Bai Harbour in Bali is reachable within 1.5 hours by fast boat. Getting to Lombok Praya International Airport from the property will take around a 20-minute boat ride to Bangsal Harbour and another 2-hour drive.

Seri staff were absolutely amazing. They were helpful, informative, friendly & communicated well. The location of the property is perfect, right on the beach with easy access to excellent snorkeling right into front of the hotel . We saw turtles & beautiful sea life.

The bathroom was not good. The shower did not work, so we had to make do with a hand shower. The room had a strange odour. The breakfast menu could be improved. A mini bar & tea & coffee making facility in the room would be a good addition. There was no hairdryer.

A stay in paradise!

We had a wonderful stay: our bungalow was close to the pool and restaurant but there was no noise pollution. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. The staff took such care to make sure every guest had whatever they needed.

The location is very nice, beachfront and not a lot of people passing by.

It needs maintenance for sure. The rooms look old, the curtains are dirty, the breakfast is medium. The place can be much nicer if they put some extra effort in it. I found it too expensive.

This place is a paradise. You can snorkel right at the beach in front of the hotel and see turtles every day—I spotted a few myself. The food is excellent, the staff were all amazing, and the bed was very comfortable.

The only issue was a strong smell coming from the shower.

Our Favorite place!

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for the second time – and we’ll definitely be coming back for a third. If you're visiting Gili Meno, this is truly the best place to stay. The rooms are very clean, and the accommodation puts great emphasis on sustainability and minimizing its ecological footprint. The beds are extremely comfortable – in fact, out of our three weeks in Indonesia, this was the best bed we slept in. The beach is a dream. Right outside your door is a beautiful snorkeling reef, and I was lucky enough to spot turtles every single day. But what truly tops even the amazing beach is the incredibly kind and warm staff. They anticipate your every need and make you feel completely at home. I especially want to mention two wonderful people: Dani and Wan – thank you for your heartfelt hospitality. I truly hope we’ll meet again. The breakfast is also excellent. From the breakfast area, you have a stunning view of the beach and the ocean. In summary: everything was perfect. Thank you for this amazing stay. To quote my wife: This is simply our favorite place in the world. (By the way, we travel to Southeast Asia every year!)

We had a fantastic stay, bonus points for seeing turtles everytime we went out for a swim.

The breakfast was very delicious and on the first day it came with bonus pastries - nice touch. Pool and pool chairs were lovely - a suggestion would be to take off the tiles along the top of the pool edge that faces the sea as many of them are uneven and wonky. Instead you could lay a concrete edge and finish it to match the other edges of the pool.

We enjoyed everything, having Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be a great addition

Paradise needs an update

Beautiful spot on the island. Gorgeous beach/ water. Excellent snorkeling place with loads of turtles. Very friendly staff.

The wear and tear is obvious. The place needs some serious updating. Many loose tiles in the pool. Broken plates, glasses etc. Staff dressed in old and sloppy uniforms. This can be so much better! The place looks tired!

Wonderful

Very friendly staff, and helpful. They support us immediately with anything needed. Price for the food very reasonable and not overpriced. Room is beautiful and clean. Booking pictures of the property is misleading beacuse you may think there is no full sea view rooms are there. But they have numbers if rooms with full sea view. They rent a bike and can arrange for different sort of tours.

Not very prompt in communication over booking. Also, in the internet there is multiple timings showing for the ferry to the island but as we traveled in low season you can't rely on the internet and hotel did not inform us that now it's only 1 boat a day! We had to go through some difficulties to reach the island.

Ideal beach hotel for laid back holiday. Perfect sunrise

The staff are very very friendly and attentive. I love the fact that they come and ask your order when you are inside the pool. They know how to make you feel like home and super comfortable. The location is perfect, you see turtles as soon as you go in the beach. Swimming pool is great. You get movie nights and very romantic atmosphere for dinner at night.

Could be a bit cleaner and offer better soap/shampoo products.

A wonderful place for a relaxing holiday

The setting, the great beach in front, lovely and comfortable room, the staff are terrific.

Nothing negative comes to mind except I think there is no need to have it ‘adults only’. It is nice to have families and well-behaved kids around.
